Prior to opening The Innocente Brewing Company, Steve Innocente was a career scientist, and avid home brewer. Inn O'Slainte Irish Red Ale is deep amber in colour, with aromas of coffee, toasted nuts, orange zest and spice. Creamy and fresh on the palate, with moderate bitterness, and coffee notes lingering on a dry finish.
