This Junmai Daiginjo is made with Goriki sake rice, grown in Tottori prefecture and soft water sourced from the local Daisen mountain. Elegant and fruity aromas with notes of melon. Medium-bodied with complex flavours, crisp acidity and a smooth finish. Enjoy chilled paired with sashimi or soft cheeses.
