Hwayo 41 is a 100% rice spirit that has been carefully distilled at a low temperature and aged for three months in Onggi clay pots for optimal flavour. Rich flavours of tropical fruit with anise, grassy herbs and flowers. Best enjoyed at room temperature, pairs well with smoked duck and red meat.
