Hometown Brewery is family-owned, and located in Langton, near Long Point on Lake Erie. Reminiscent of European wheat ale, the Southern Ale is a slightly hazy pale gold in the glass, with aromas of cereal grains, banana and dried fruit. Crisp and light-bodied, with grainy flavours, and just enough bitterness for balance.
