Grapes grown at higher elevations experience hot days and cool nights, allowing the grapes to mature fully without developing high sugar levels. Low in sugar - full of flavour, this dry wine displays crisp notes of pear, white peach, cantaloupe and apple. Well balanced and rounded off with citrus tones. Pair with risotto.
