Grapes grown at higher elevations experience hot days and cool nights, allowing the grapes to mature fully without developing high sugar levels. Low in sugar - full of flavour, with expressive notes of dark berries, blackcurrants, cherry and chocolate; medium-bodied and a smooth finish. Enjoy with Bolognese or charcuterie.
