A 2017 Ontario Brewing Award winner, showing a very good balance in its delivery of hop aromas and flavours. It has forward aromas of lemon and grapefruit, along with malty and toasted nut notes. Medium-bodied and creamy, with moderate carbonation and pleasantly bitter herbal hops notes lingering on a lengthy finish.
