This is an intense, edgy and powerful dry riesling with very lifted and immediate aromas of lemon/grapefruit, considerable fresh herbality, honey, peach and spice. It is medium weight, very firm, mouthwatering and intense with a somewhat stony finish and excellent length. Some may find the style aggressive and brash, indeed I would give this a couple of years to relax a bit. It could live a decade with ease. But when last tasted on Canada Day 2023 it lifted the roof off of a family gathering. Superb and great value. Score - 93. (David Lawrason, winealign.com)
