The Hidalgo family hasn't produced this aromatic, nutty, spicy vermouth for more than 50 years. Based on Oloroso Faraon and Pedro Ximenez Triana, it was matured for 12 years in the 100-year-old casks of Hidalgo's solera system before being infused with a mix of herbs and plants, including citrus peel, azahar, thyme, lentisco and laurel, while ageing in Sherry casks for six months.More details
