Choreograph is a field blend of 12 varietals. This bold red offers candied cherry, rose petal, Asian pear and blackberry aromas. A complex and lingering flavour of tannins and a textured finish shows hints of leather, anise and toasted pine nut. This wine pairs well with hard cheeses, charcuterie or well-seasoned meats.
