This rich, lifted, generously expressive Riesling comes from vines planted in 1984. It shows lemon, pear, and tropical fruit atop Niagara's precise, refined minerality. A food-friendly wine that will benefit from a further year or more of development but can be enjoyed tonight with barbecued ribs, chicken, pulled pork or seafood. This will evolve into the early 2030s.
