This whisky is named after the Hatozaki lighthouse in Japan. Pours light yellow with lovely notes of dried fruit, sandalwood, honey, cereal grains, vanilla, and spice. The full-bodied and complex palate makes way for a long-lasting finish. Pair with seared duck breast over a bed of rice and seasonal vegetables.
