This interpretation of English Pale Ale uses American ale yeast to lift the flavour profile. Hazy amber in the glass with creamy white head; the nose is herbal and hoppy with balancing roast coffee notes. The mouth feel is full with soft carbonation and flavours of fresh cut grass, stone fruit and caramel on a long finish.
