This wine is from a new California project by Australia's renowned Grant Burge. The small, concentrated grapes of Paso Robles result in a bold Cabernet that retains refined elegance and balance. It's quite lifted and floral, with a great depth of cassis and blackberry fruit and an intriguing touch of mint. Ideal for grilled fare (think steak or mushroom burgers), it will drink through 2028+.
