Gefira white is a blend of three varietals, Athiri 50%, Malagousia 30% and Muscat 20%. The bouquet is aromatic with fresh lemon and lime, and light floral notes with hints of minerality. Fresh green apple and lime with muscat notes on the palate, crisp and refreshing. Pairs well with fried fish, salads and tiropita.
