Unique Ontario red is a mix of Norfolk, Elgin and Niagara fruit. It's a blend of cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon, maréchal foch, baco noir and marquette. Shows aroma and flavours of dark fruit, mocha and herb with smoke and mushroom tones. The palate is smooth and balanced with a savoury finish. Pair with grilled meats.
