Four Fathers Brewing Co. was founded by four hockey dads and their sons. The Starter is dry-hopped using the Galaxy variety, which is high in essential oils, resulting in forward citrus and tropical fruit aromas and flavours. Full-bodied and fruity, with light bitterness, balancing malty sweetness and low alcohol.
