A complex spirit that is made from a blend of grains and fermented in clay pots underground. Full-flavoured, this Baiju has aromas of dried fruit with sweet and dry flavours of licorice and earthy notes. Traditionally consumed at the beginning or end of meals, as a shot or pour over ice and use in cocktails.
