Well-known for their bold experimentation, Featherstone crafted this wine by blending two batches of Pinot Grigio; one left on the skins to soak and the other pressed immediately. The resulting wine shows a light pink hue in the glass with crisp citrus and wild berry flavours on the palate accented by floral aromas.
