This, Farnese's 'concept wine,' is designed to show the excellence that can be derived by blending from across Italian regions and vintages. It comprises fruit (33% Montepulciano, 30% Primitivo, 25% Sangiovese, 7% Negroamaro, 5% Malvasia) from Abruzzo and Puglia, spends 13 months in barrel before release, and is bottled as non-vintage.
