Light-medium yellow colour. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, this Sauvignon Blanc pours with generous citrus fruit aromas, and notes of elderflower and green apple. Crisp and refreshing on the palate with lime and pineapple flavours, finishing long, with citrus fruit and herbal notes. Ideal with goat cheese salad.
