The 2019 harvest saw a cooler, drier September than is typical and a much drier October than usual. This permitted grapes to develop and ripen perfectly, with ideal levels of acidity. The 2019 Resplendent Pinot offers ripe, rich black fruit, cherry, plum, earth, vanilla and spice, with a seam of the vintage's vibrant acidity. Pair with grilled salmon, duck, or mushroom risotto.
