[This note speaks to the 2021 release of this non-vintage sparkler. We are featuring the 2023 bottling, but the wine will express similar refinement and quality with a consistent flavour profile.] 100% from the hillsides in La Vinilla, in the middle of the Casablanca Valley and on granitic and clay soils, this is 80% chardonnay and 20% pinot noir, all made with the traditional method of the second fermentation in the bottle and with six months of lees contact.
