El Abuelo (meaning grandfather) is organically farmed. Pale straw colour shows fresh and intense citrus fruit with lime and tropical aromas. The palate had good length, with a crisp and refreshing finish. Very food-friendly and ready to be enjoyed with grilled fish and chicken or just sipping on its own.
