An authentic, classic cider made at Huron County's first craft cidery, using 100% Ontario apples. Bright straw in colour with a fine mousse and shows notes of crunchy apple and citrus with light floral tones. The palate is dry and crisp with a refreshing tangy finish. Great on its own or paired with white meats or cheese.
