Primitivo grapes undergo a cold maceration which gives the wine a beautiful, elegant pale rosé hue along with a wonderful aroma. The fruity bouquet of blackberry, and red currant is balanced with hints of spice. Well-structured with soft tannins. Pairs well with hard cheeses, roasted pork and poultry.
