Made with 100% Baco Noir grapes from the Niagara Region this wine features an intense bluish-red colour with notes of cherry and raspberry fruit. The palate is mellow with semi-sweet fruit and lingering fruit flavours on the finish. A great match for charcuterie as well as grilled beef, lamb or duck.
