This is a blend made with grapes grown in Rubicone area, on the Adriatic coast between Bologna and San Marino. Aromas and flavours of fresh mushrooms, spice and lifted mineral notes - chardonnay contributes presence, and trebbiano lightens the body and aromas. Chill well and serve with grilled fish or light pasta dishes.
