This Cuvee is only produced in exceptional years using very old Grenache vines (up to 140 years old). Dark red colour. The bouquet is full of chocolate, ripe blackberry and cherry fruit aromas. Fresh and complex with elegant fruit on the palate. Pairs well with game, red meats and spicy dishes.
