A classic Bordeaux style blend made with Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapes. Black fruit aromas are dominant with notes of vanilla, cedar and spice. Jammy dark fruit is complimented by sweet spices and complex flavours with generous tannins and a lengthy finish. Serve with red meats and game.
