From granite soils, this shows off flinty & lemon-flavoured notes that indicate a perfect ripeness of Melon de Bourgogne. Round and elegant on the palate, with a perfect balance of ripe fruit juice, mineral structure and the finest of tannins. The finish is long and grippy, full of minerals and character, as well as decent aging potential.
