Crafted in small copper pot stills and infused with twenty-two hand-selected and local botanicals, this unfiltered gin is subtly hazy; aromas of balsamic and pine, with notes of lime zest, cinnamon, nutmeg and pepper; a smooth mouthfeel, frames flavours of pine, spicy cinnamon and lime zest; the finish is long and complex.
