Planted in 2009 on the alluvial soils of the terraces of the Maipo River, in Isla de Maipo, this semillon was produced with direct-pressed whole clusters in a pneumatic press and then fermented in barrels with native yeasts and then aged for seven months in the same barrels. The wine has firm tannins that create a powerful structure with pronounced acidity and surrounded by fruity flavors and a light touch of honey. This is a white for the future, after about 10 years in the bottle when it begins to show all its complexity. Score - 95. (Patricio Tapia, guiadescorchados.cl, 2021)
