Named in honour of the founder of Daimon Brewery, Hanzaemon is the finest in the Rikyubai Series. The nose expresses aromas of herbs and fruit with complex notes of umami and the sweetness of tropical fruit and persimmon on the palate. It has a long and elegant finish. Enjoy it chilled on its own, or pair it with raw fish.
