The Mauzac and Chardonnay for this aromatic sparkler were sourced from vines averaging more than 20 years of age planted at an altitude of 300 metres. The wine shows great lift and vibrancy, with intense apple, pear, characterful toast, and just a hint of honey. Fresh and balanced, it will make a wonderful aperitif and has the versatility to pair with chicken wings, vegetarian casserole, or seafood.
