From the Niagara Peninsula wine region, Cuddy By Tawse 2016 Chardonnay is a rich, medium-plus-bodied, barrel-fermented Chardonnay intense on the palate with bright apple, fresh pear, quince, baking spices, lemon curd and stony mineral flavours buttery, creamy and long on the palate.
