This is Greater Sudbury's first craft distillery. Made using wheat, oats and rye grains; expect aromas and flavours of citrus, vanilla, cream, marshmallow and pepper. Medium-bodied and smooth with a spicy/sweet finish, enjoy this in a martini over ice with a lime wedge and club soda.
