Doc Perdue - Blyth's veterinarian in the late 1880's - had a penchant for collecting exotic animals and a love of the drink. To pay homage, this beer captures his forward nature with a hoppy pint that is laden with fresh pine, citrus and juicy orange aroma/flavour on a mid-weight, dry palate that finishes crisply.
