Warm fermentation is an innovation for the Kolsch style. Clear gold in colour with a long-lasting and fluffy head. Subtle malty aromas of cereal grains, toast and caramel. A late addition of Hersbrucker hops dials up floral and citrusy hops notes. Light in body, with delicate bitterness and lively carbonation.
