Covides Real Imperial Brut Cava is made with Xarel-lo and Macabeo grapes. It pours a pale yellow colour with golden highlights and persistent small bubbles. The aromas are fruity and complex with a round and long lingering mouth feel. Perfect on its own or enjoy it served with appetizers. Kosher for Passover.
