Established in 2001, Coffin Ridge Winery overlooks Georgian Bay. Their cider production began in 2008. This cider is flavoured with hops to give it nuance and complexity. Floral, green apple and citrus aromas and flavours lead to a crisp finish featuring a note of pine hops bitterness. Serve with apple and brie crostini.
