With a family history going back to 1551, Codorniu has been at the forefront of fine sparkling wines in Spain. Pale lemon colour, with a fine mousse. Lifted aromas of fresh figs and nuts, with herbal and pear notes in the background. Extra dry, with lively acidity and flavours of fig and yellow pear.
