Double matured and finished in Pedro Ximenez/Oloroso sherry casks. Complex aromas of pear fruit, herbs and oaked spice are enhanced by flavours of honeyed fruit and spicy oak. Creamy and slightly waxy notes are balanced by the smooth, dry, spicy finish. Serve with a drop of water. Pairs well with smoked salmon.
