Umeshu is a Japanese liqueur made from the ume fruit (closely related to the apricot), this version comes with ume fruit floating inside. Look for a golden amber colour with vibrant flavours of fresh lime, plum, dried apricots and a touch floral. On the palate, it is delicately sweet with lively acidity and a soft finish.
