The vibrant green colour of this liqueur is the natural result of the maceration of 130 specific herbs and plants of which only two monks know the names. The result is a bouquet reminiscent of mint, caraway seeds and basil. On that palate, there is subtle sweetness with a balanced replay of soft herbal flavours.
