Chante-Alouette Hermitage Blanc is made with organically grown Marsanne grapes. Expect aromas of quince with walnut, honey, ginger and a gentle note of lime blossom. The palate is bold up front, with notes of almond an elegant mid palate and lengthy finish. Pairs well with foie gras, shellfish, chicken and curry dishes.
