This Champagne is made with 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay grapes. A fine effervescence with complex aromas of citrus fruit and lemon and apple flavours. Refreshing on the palate with crisp, citrusy notes on the dry finish. Serve as an aperitif or with oysters and fresh fish.
