This Champagne is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Pinot Meunier. Pale yellow in colour with aromas of candied citrus fruit, honey and a hint of mandarin. Fresh ripe oranges with a light minerality on the centre palate. The Pinot Noir characteristics give a velvety feel to the finish. Great with raw fish or beef tartar.
