Made with 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir grapes, partially aged in oak. Light gold colour. Rich aromas of almond and vanilla with woody and flinty notes. The palate is rich and powerful with lemon zest and wood on the lengthy finish. Pairs well with tuna and salmon or mild and soft cheeses.
