Produced in small batches, double fermented and double distilled then carefully matured in virgin American oak barrels for a minimum of 3 years, adding to the deep in flavour of this tequila. Expect cinnamon and vanilla flavours/aromas that linger with notes of roasted apple and nutmeg.
